Ocean Ridge Developments is on a mission to inspire, teach and implement solutions needed to balance the socioeconomic crisis suffocating underserved communities through business development and job creation. We hire, plus train, returning citizens to reduce the crime rate and eliminate unemployment, poverty, incarceration and recidivism in Detroit’s urban communities. Creating jobs in economically challenged areas keeps money circulating within the community, and helps the community grow. The team's focus is to provide high quality products for our retail and government clients.

In addition to creating jobs, our goal is to build a facility to provide shelter for homeless women and children. Within the facility, we will educate, train and prepare the residents with life skills that enable them to achieve a fulfilling yet comfortable lifestyle for themselves and their families upon leaving the facility.
